Q Night at the Movies presents a night of baseball during a season when the baseball season is indefinitely postponed. Our feature film is, for many, the definitive sports movie. Starring Robert Redford and with an iconic score by Randy Newman, don't miss 1984's The Natural. Before the film hear from the creator of Mad Men. After the movie, there's more of America's pastime with a look at the historic 1955 World Series and the life and times of baseball legend Ted Williams. It all starts at 7:30 p.m. Saturday on Q.

Feature Film The Natural at 8 p.m. On the way to a tryout with the Chicago Cubs, young baseball phenom Roy Hobbs (Robert Redford) is shot by the unstable Harriet Bird (Barbara Hershey). After 16 years, Hobbs returns to pro baseball as a rookie for the last-place New York Knights. Despite early arguments with his manager, Pop Fisher (Wilford Brimley), Hobbs becomes one of the best players in the league, and the Knights start winning. But this upsets the Judge (Robert Prosky), their owner, who wants Hobbs to lose games, not win.
