Q Night at the Movies features Arthur 02/13

Q Night at the Movies presents the incredibly charming and talented duo of Dudley Moore and Liza Minelli starring in the 1981 comedy hit Arthur. Before the movie we hear from Kevin McDonald from The Kids in the Hall. After the feature, keep chasing the wealthy life with the rich history of the famed QE2 cruise ship, followed by interviews with some of the biggest names in Hollywood. It all starts at 7:30 p.m. Saturday on Q.

On Story at 7:30 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. Comedy writer and performer Kevin McDonald discusses writing sketch comedy and performing stand-up and improv.

Feature Film Arthur at 8 p.m. Wealthy New York City playboy Arthur Bach (Dudley Moore) is perpetually drunk and completely rudderless. Dutifully supported by his sharp-tongued and quick-witted butler, Hobson (John Gielgud), Arthur reluctantly prepares to enter into an arranged marriage with heiress Susan Johnson (Jill Eikenberry). When he meets Linda Marolla (Liza Minnelli), a waitress from Queens, he falls head over heels in love, but if he backs out of his engagement with Susan, he may lose his fortune.

QE2: The World's Greatest Cruise Ship Ep 1 at 9:40 p.m. Built in the late 1960s by Cunard, the Queen Elizabeth 2, also known as the QE2, is made sleek and strong enough to take on the most prestigious passenger route of all — Britain to America.

QE2: The World's Greatest Cruise Ship Ep 2 at 10:29 p.m. At the start of the 1970s, the QE2 comes close to financial disaster, and is retired from active Cunard service in 2008.
