Wendolyn Washington

Wendolyn Washington is an accomplished entrepreneur and the owner of MarWen & Son LLC, operating as a McDonald’s franchisee. With over 20 years of experience as a strategic business partner and senior executive specializing in Human Resources, People Capital and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, she has successfully led initiatives in global organizations across both public and private sectors.

Wendolyn has held director-level positions at industry leaders including Intel, AMD, and McDonald’s Corporation. She is recognized for her expertise in organizational change, post-merger integrations, enterprise-wide HR system implementations, and cultivating inclusive workplace cultures. Her ability to align corporate strategy with operational excellence has consistently driven increased shareholder value.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Wendolyn serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations focused on children, education, and health. She is the Board President of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas and is a past board member of CASA of Travis County and Dress for Success Austin. Furthermore, she is a National Executive Board Member of The Links, Incorporated, an organization with over 17,000 members.
