Give From Your Donor-Advised Fund

Recommending a gift to Austin PBS, KLRU-TV through your donor-advised fund is simple.

A donor-advised fund, or DAF, is a philanthropic giving vehicle that provides an immediate tax benefit to you, and allows you to grant funds to charities of your choice, including Austin PBS.

Austin PBS does not directly manage donor-advised funds. However, they can be established at many financial institutions or community foundations.

If you have a DAF with Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, or BNY Mellon, you can use DAF Direct to recommend grants to Austin PBS from your fund. We also accept gifts from other DAFs.

If you do choose to make a gift to Austin PBS through a DAF, please let us know withan email or call so we can thank you for your commitment.

Digital Originals Grant Winners

Austin PBS is excited to announce the winners of the Digital Originals Grant. This grant is one of the many ways we’re able to support creators and storytellers on their journeys to make quality local content that’s accessible to our entire community. We had over 200 incredible submissions this year with a wide range of subject matters based around Central Texas, but had to choose only two winners to receive funding to finish these limited series.
