Donor Portal FAQ

Getting Started

If you have not logged in to the Donor Portal previously, please click on the "New User/Forgot Password" button for initial set-up.

Please use the primary email associated with your Austin PBS membership to create a login.

Please note: this portal is completely separate from the PBS app so requires separate set-up.

What information can I view or update in the Donor Portal?

Once logged in, you may see several tabs, including:

  • Donor Profile
  • Edit Profile
  • My Donation History
  • My Sustaining Donations

The View tab displays your Donor Profile, including the contact and membership information we currently have on file for you. Please click the Edit Profile tab to make changes to this information.

The Edit tab will allow you to update your address and phone number. Scroll to the fields you want to update, make your changes, and click Save.

The My Donation History tab shows a record of your past donations to Austin PBS. If you have any questions about your donation history, please reach out to us at membership@klru.org or by calling 512-890-1020.

The My Sustaining Donations tab lists your active ongoing sustainer pledges. If you want to make changes, select “Edit” to update your payment information or upgrade your donation amount. Then, enter the new amount in the Updated Total Donation Amount field. Click Update Monthly Donation and you’re done - your new amount will begin processing on the next scheduled processing date.
