How long is the Waitlist?
The wait time is hard to determine as it depends on membership retention for both the Friends of ACL and Waitlist membership programs. The waitlist is currently over 700 people long while we clear about 100 names each year.
Questions about the Pandemic Waitlist?
- The Pandemic Waitlist is a closed, secondary waitlist designed to accommodate both Friends of ACL members who were not able to maintain their current Friends of ACL membership, as well as regular Waitlist members who deferred their invitation to join, due to hardships related to COVID-19. All the same policies of the general Waitlist apply.
- Invitations to join Friends of ACL will alternate between the Pandemic Waitlist and regular Waitlist starting in 2022, are based on the number of Pandemic Waitlisters and tiered to honor original join date or original waitlist enrollment date, not the date you joined the Pandemic waitlist.
- We will make every effort to invite you at your previous membership level but will be limited by current availability within the program at the time of invitation to rejoin.
